Default Changing male ranger animation.

My first ever char was a male ranger, which I still play on with a lot of fun. The animations and all are pretty cool except for 1 small thing.

When using a prepation, the bow that a male character is equipped with "disappears", whilest when playing with a female ranger she puts the bow down gently on the floor which looks pretty awesome. So why can a female ranger have that cool pose and a male ranger can not????

plz add this to the male rangers I think a lot of male rangers will become even more happy and I'm sure it wont hurt anyone

Ranger males and Warrior males have a lot of stupid animations. It pisses me off to see male tourch rangers cause they just look so dam retarded when they are "touching" poeple, it makes it much more satisfying to kill them though. I play a Shock axe alot and I hate the animation my warrior uses to use Shock its the same for the male rangers.

Male sins and female sins are the same male eles and female eles are the same not sure about male/female paragons though, or necros. I think monks use the same animation too.

I dont want the male rangers and warriors to do exactly what the female counterparts do but whatt their animations are now are kinda retarded.

the animation male warriors use when using healing signet is retarded too "ok im going to convulse for a bit then raise my hand in the air in an awkward fashion and.." POOF "IM HEALED"

I jsut hate that whole "throw my arms in your direction" animation male rangers and warriors use for alot of stuff.

Anet payed a lot more attention to the female characters than the male characters. This is apparent with the "Ready" animation. Like when you get attacked, your character goes into that attacking/attacked stance pose. The male animation for that looks extremely dumb. It looks like he is almost dancing in place, where the female animation is very well done. For instance, when a female warrior does this animation, she actually puts her shield out in front of her, where male warriors put it to the side.

The female armors are also a billion times better. I see no reason to make a male character.

Actually, I think I read somewhere that when ArenaNet designs things, the men design the female art work, while the women design the male art work. Of course, I'm sure they counterbalance and work together as there's probably more men than women in their team, but it would explain why Elementalists girls have such skanky clothing. Though, I'm not complaining about that.

I agree though, it makes me glad to have a female warrior.

I have a female monk because the male monks look like apes. I have a female warriors because the male warriors are well... Morbidly obese.

So moving and behaving like a retard isn't far away from a woman's imagination of a man? ... Hey wait! ...

I might just make a female ranger for my main character in GW2 if they do this crap again.

To OP, It'd be great if they added a bow to the male ranger's preparations, instead of fixing real bugs and developing GW2.
